Comfort Hotel Square

We stayed in the Comfort Hotel Square in Stavanger for one night as part of our Norway trip. The bus service in Stavanger is very good so were able to get a bus from our ferry into the centre and just a short walk to the Hotel which is just above the Old Town area. We had a small double room with excellent ensuite shower room. There was plenty of room for our gear and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of hot/cold options. Again the reception supplied hot water/milk to make tea in our room. Great location with short walk down to the harbour and into town. Public bus service again is easy to manage to get to airport. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Comfort Hotel Square again. Many thanks!

Buffet breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious but one thing to note if you want a writing desk and all the other guff then this is not the hotel for you. Rooms are practical and for sleeping. Staff are out of this world as in Super Friendly and always happy to help.

Breakfast was excellent, the variety of choice exceeded our expectations. Location was also very good, walking distance to everywhere in the centre. Room was small but comfortable. Overall, very good value for money.

LOVE the location! The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the old town with tons of places to eat, shop and take Fjord tours! The most lovely and large breakfast buffet is included in the price, with a lovely area to eat - which makes this a super deal.
